Job summary

MCB is seeking a Teller I with 0–2 years of experience to handle daily deposits, withdrawals, and related vault duties. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, customer service, and the ability to learn bank products quickly.

You will assist customers with online banking passwords, debit card reorders, and routine training to meet deadlines while maintaining adherence to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of teller experience or similar customer service role.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with minimal errors.
• Proactive in learning and applying bank product knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Make daily deposits and withdrawals with proper ID and signatures.
• Issue money orders and log transactions accurately.
• Process night drop deposits and vault shipments as needed.
• Assist with debit card reorders and online banking password resets.
• Prepare teller balancing report and daily cash items review.
• Provide responsive service and identify customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
