Job summary

National Bank of Commerce (NBC) is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional front-line service and handle cash efficiently. You will manage a cash drawer, process various transactions, and ensure confidentiality of customer information.

The role prefers bilingual English/Spanish speakers and requires a high school diploma with at least 6 months of cash-handling or customer service experience. Strong computer and math skills, plus solid communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential.

Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently managing a cash drawer, processing a variety of financial transactions, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The Teller also identifies opportunities where customers may benefit from additional NBC products or services and refers them to the appropriate department.
