As an Altana FCU Teller, you’ll be the welcoming face of our credit union—building meaningful connections with members while supporting their financial well‑being. You’ll process day‑to‑day transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, all while delivering friendly, solution‑focused service.

Behind the scenes, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by processing night drop and mail, scanning documents, and managing coin bags. Every task you complete directly contributes to an empowering, seamless experience for our members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Member Transactions & Service – 85%
  Deliver compassionate, accurate, and efficient service for deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries—helping members feel supported and valued.


• Processing Night Drop & Mail – 10%
  Ensure timely and secure handling of member submissions.


• Scanning, Coin Handling & Other Tasks – 5%
  Support daily branch operations with attention to detail.

Qualifications
