What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to deliver exceptional member service
• Supervise teller operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the front line
• Monitor and manage daily cash operations, including vault balancing, drawer audits, and ensuring compliance with cash handling policies
• Provide consumer lending services to our members, including loan interviews, processing, and approvals within authority
• Ensure branch compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain branch security and risk management, including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
• Foster a positive, productive work environment that supports collaboration, accountability, and individual growth
• Handle escalated member concerns or complex transactions with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, supporting their long-term financial goals
• Actively participate in community engagement and networking opportunities to promote Altana’s presence
• Promote Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Three to five years of consumer lending experience preferred
• Three to five years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the financial industry
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Knowledge of branch operations, teller duties, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
