• Prior cash handling or retail experience preferred.
• Strong math skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience for every member.
• Accurately and efficiently process a variety of member transactions.
• Build strong relationships by understanding members’ needs and connecting them with the right solutions.
• Stay current on our products and services and recommend them when appropriate.
• Partner with branch team to ensure members receive exceptional support.
• Support branch operations and assist with special projects as needed.
