Wintrust is seeking a full-time Teller for our Macatawa Bank division, now part of Wintrust Financial Corporation. The role handles cash transactions, balances drawers, and assists customers in-person or at the drive-thru while spotting cross-sell opportunities.

We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to grow within 200+ branch locations. The position requires flexibility for shifts including Saturdays and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Must be available to work all shifts including Saturdays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Process financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments) and balance accurately.
• Operate a teller drawer to serve customers in lobby or drive up.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to bank staff.
• Identify potential fraud and report to management; uphold Wintrust policies.
• May be responsible for opening/closing and participating in community events.
