Sound Credit Union is seeking a Float Teller to serve as the first point of contact for members across multiple branches. You will build relationships, understand member needs, and provide products and solutions while handling transactions with accuracy.
In this role you will travel between Tukwila, Burien, and surrounding branches, contributing to a consistent member experience and cross-branch collaboration. A focus on customer service and adaptability is essential for success.

As a Float Teller (Member Service Representative), you will:
No two days are the same. You may support a busy branch one day and step into a new team the next. Your ability to build relationships, adapt quickly, and provide consistent service will make you a valued partner across multiple locations.
To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM - 5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM, affording a day off during the week. This is a full-time position ranging from 35-40 hours in a typical work week. Your daily work location will vary based on branch needs primarily located within Tukwila and Burien. Our regions are designed based on locational proximity to provide you with reasonable commutes.
