Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with processing a variety of teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other requests.
• Maintain cash security and verify cash totals at end of day.
• Engage with members to identify financial needs and offer solutions.
• Aim to meet branch referral goals and provide prompt, professional service.
