Teller - Downtown Burlington, VT

Northfield Savings Bank is seeking a Teller to join our Church Street branch in downtown Burlington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and helping grow relationships within the community.

In this position, you'll process transactions, assist customers with their banking needs, identify opportunities to recommend products and services, and contribute to a welcoming, professional branch environment. You'll gain valuable experience, develop your banking knowledge, and play a key role in supporting the growth of our downtown Burlington location.

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $20.50 - $22.75 per hour+ Monthly Parking Stipend

*Individuals who have prior banking experience may be qualified to apply for our Relationship Banker role [base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $22.00 - $24.25 per hour] -- inquire when you apply*
