Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bank operations preferred.
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Proven customer support experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service by receiving, paying and keeping accurate records of all transactions.
• Cash checks, receive deposits, make withdrawals, and process credit card advances.
• Prepare change orders for commercial customers and balance cash drawer daily.
• Verify currency, mix new currency and handle mutilated currency.
• Cross-sell bank products and perform miscellaneous duties such as filing and answering telephones.
