Qualifications

• Ability to sell and cross-sell bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs; open, maintain, and close accounts as needed.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier checks.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and refer to appropriate department.
• Assist customers with online banking, wire transfers, and card services.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, CIP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy in clerical tasks and balance cash drawer.
