Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and ethically work within policies while delivering customer service.
• Operate inside or drive-through teller window and provide paying and receiving transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items and teller reports in accordance with branch cash control policies.
• Answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner and assist customers.
• Demonstrate teamwork to help reach branch and individual goals.
