Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
• Starting pay at $17/hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services to customers.
• Provide efficient, accurate and friendly service and build relationships with customers.
• Record referrals in the CRM tool and update customer contacts.
• Answer questions and direct customers to appropriate staff for complex issues.
• Perform deposit account maintenance and explain terms and disclosures.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance transactions and support branch operations.
