Today’s Bank is hiring a Teller/Customer Service Representative in Northwest Arkansas. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and cashier's checks while delivering prompt, friendly service.

You’ll also assist with opening and closing accounts, verify account changes, and help reconcile vault/ATM activity. The role emphasizes cross-selling products and maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals).
• Provide money orders and cashier's checks with accuracy and speed.
• Open, verify changes to, and close accounts as needed.
• Monitor vaulted/ATM activity and assist with safe deposit operations; promote bank products.

The Teller/Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping clients of the bank with routine financial transactions. Their day-to-day duties include making deposits, handling withdrawals, and issuing money orders/cashier's checks to customers while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly services. The position may also perform other duties such as monitoring the safe deposit area, reconciling vault and ATM activity, and selling products/services of the bank. The position will also assist in opening new accounts, verifying changes to existing accounts, and closing accounts upon request.
