Job summary

The Union Bank Company is hiring a Full-Time Teller at our Bowling Green branch. Under the Head Teller, the Teller provides a premier client experience, handles cash receipts and payments, and processes deposits and withdrawals while promoting bank products.

Responsibilities include client service, resolving account issues, and identifying sales opportunities. A high school diploma or GED is required, with cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teller and Client Service Responsibilities: perform comprehensive, prompt, and efficient client transactions and services.
• Assist clients with resolution of account problems and issues.
• Receives checks for cash and deposits, verifies amounts, and processes deposits.
• Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; balances as required.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to teammates for additional services.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to colleagues for products and services you cannot open yourself.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies.
