Qualifications

• Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work.
• Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work opening/closing hours and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions with accuracy for retail and commercial customers.
• Sell money orders and official checks.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling to customers.
• Provide extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Maintain branch procedures, open/close duties, and punctual attendance.
