Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 12 months prior teller experience in financial services or customer service.
• Strong communication and math accuracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Proficient with PC applications and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and transactions, balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide routine information on services and open/close accounts.
• Cross-sell products and educate members on options.
• Support branch operations and month-end tasks as needed.
• Adhere to policies and protect member information.
