Responsibilities

• Cash handling and transactions – balance the cash drawer daily; process a variety of cash transactions.
• Member services and account maintenance – open/close accounts, transfers, wires, ACH forms.
• Cross-selling and member education – promote products and meet cross-sell goals.
• Operational support – complete daily branch tasks and month-end duties.
• Compliance and training – follow policies and regulations; participate in required trainings.
