MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Sebring, FL is seeking a friendly Teller to process transactions, answer member questions, and help improve their financial well-being through available products and services.

Join a professional team with a neat appearance, strong integrity, and opportunities for growth. You will manage a cash drawer, balance daily operations, and support branch needs during Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Must have a strong desire to help people.
• Proficient in the use of computers, the internet and Microsoft Office.
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions.
• Offer products and services to help members save time and money.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations.
• Present a neat and professional appearance per standards.
• Exercise sound judgment while complying with limits and guidelines.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism with members and partners.
• Promote self-service options and enroll members when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
