Position Overview

A Member Advisor interacts with our members through the lobby, drive-thru, phone, and remote services channels. Responsibilities include assisting members with transactions such as deposits, check cashing, transfers, providing card support, and helping with Online Banking, all while building strong relationships with members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashier’s checks
• Educate members on self-serve options
• Verify endorsements and IDs on deposit transactions
• Execute wire or ACH transfers
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards instantly
• Troubleshoot card issues and online banking questions
• Balance and maintain cash drawer and branch vault, and currency logs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Drive to provide exceptional service
• Intermediate computer skills and multi-system navigation

Work Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week, shifts between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 7am-3pm Sat. Reliable attendance is essential. Location: Brainerd Lakes, MN.

Compensation

Starting at $17.05 — $19.90/hour. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.
