Qualifications

• Minimum of one year direct banking experience or two to three years with cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to maintain a flexible work schedule during normal business hours and travel to other branches.
• May be required to complete, within 180 days of request, MLO registration and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the first impression of the branch and promote SSFCU products and services.
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide universal teller and banker service and cross-train.
• Educate members on digital services and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with other job-related duties to help achieve the vision and values.
