TopLine Financial Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller to provide first‑line support to our members in Plymouth, MN. You will handle routine transactions, balance cash, promote credit union products, and ensure accurate processing and excellent service.

Tellers provide a full range of information and assistance regarding all TopLine products and services. Accept and process various financial transactions, accurately and efficiently promotes credit union products and services, provide excellent member service through use of sales and referral skills to ensure members’ needs and expectations are met.

A successful teller will be able to:

A Teller serves as the frontline representative of a financial institution. Tellers are responsible to providing exceptional customer service while processing a variety of financial transactions. This role includes handling deposits, withdrawls, payments, and acocunt inquiries. Tellers build strong relationships with customers, identify their financial needs, and refer products and services when applicable.
