Triangle Credit Union in Derry, NH is seeking a part-time Teller to provide friendly, professional service to members. You’ll handle transactions accurately, promote products, and work with teammates to resolve inquiries.

This position may include drive-up coverage, requires standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds. High School or GED is required; past teller experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

• Accurately handle money.
• Process member account transactions with accuracy and urgency.
• Collaborate with internal team to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Cover teller duties and drive-up window as needed.
• Promote products and services to meet branch objectives; cross-sell as appropriate.

Possibility for a set schedule exists, subject to change, and to include some Saturday coverage

The essential requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide friendly, professional, personalized service to all members, using Service Strategies.
• Accurately handle money.
• Handling member account transactions with accuracy and a sense of urgency
• Work collaboratively with all internal members to resolve all member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Covering a wide variety of work responsibilities, filling needs when other tellers are away from their workstations including working at the drive-up window as needed.
• Promoting products and services to meet or exceed branch and company objectives; cross-selling products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Prior teller/ cash handling experience preferred.

Skills:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.

Education:

• High School or GED required.
