Job summary

Triangle Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller at the Derry Branch, 3 Windham Rd, Derry, NH. This role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service to members while accurately handling money and account transactions.

You may cover a variety of teller duties, including drive-up window tasks, and participate in cross-selling products and services to help the branch meet objectives. A HS diploma or GED is required, with prior teller/cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to cover varied teller duties, including drive-up tasks.

Possibility for a set schedule exists, subject to change, and to include some Saturday coverage

The essential requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide friendly, professional, personalized service to all members, using Service Strategies.
• Accurately handle money.
• Handling member account transactions with accuracy and a sense of urgency
• Work collaboratively with all internal members to resolve all member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Covering a wide variety of work responsibilities, filling needs when other tellers are away from their workstations including working at the drive-up window as needed.
• Promoting products and services to meet or exceed branch and company objectives; cross-selling products and services.
