Job summary

Firefighters Community Credit Union in Wellington, Ohio is seeking a full-time Teller to join our local branch team. You will handle member transactions, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders while delivering friendly service.

As a brand ambassador, you will balance cash drawer, assist members with financial products, and refer services that fit their needs. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate is a brand ambassador, providing exceptional member service and ensuring members receive assistance that exceeds expectations. This individual will assist members with their financial transactions, including processing loan payments, deposits and withdrawals. Good credit is important to us as we are a financial institution.
