As the face and voice of the bank, you will handle cash with accuracy, balance your drawer daily, and participate in branch sales initiatives to help customers meet their banking needs while upholding bank policies and standards.

Position Summary

The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. Tellers provide a variety of teller account services such as handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations. Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
