Job summary

Pioneer Bank in Roswell, NM is seeking a Teller to deliver quality customer service and handle daily banking transactions. This full-time role supports savings and checking accounts, loan transactions, and cash handling, while aiming for accurate records and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

THE VITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our Teller, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your day will involve processing savings and checking accounts, loan transactions, and cashing checks. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate account records and balancing your cash drawer daily. You'll also handle ATM machine balances, cross-sell bank services, and receive payments for various loans. Your ability to identify sales opportunities and make professional referrals will contribute to our team's success.
