Job summary

Pioneer Bank in Roswell, NM is seeking a Teller to deliver quality customer service and handle daily banking transactions. This full-time role supports savings and checking accounts, loan transactions, and cash handling, while aiming for accurate records and friendly service.

You will work Monday through Friday 8 AM–5 PM with some half-day Saturdays. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Able to use a computer keyboard and 10-key calculator by touch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and legibly write documents for customers.
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• One year of related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process savings and checking accounts and loan transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate records.
• Handle ATM balances and cross-sell bank services.
• Provide professional referrals to improve customer service.
