Come join the Morgan Branch Teller Team (120 N State St, Morgan, UT 84050)! This position is the ‘frontline’ of the bank and plays a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction through daily branch processes. Prior cash handling experience and excellent customer service skills are required. The applicant should be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily and communicating with various customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct customer’s financial transactions within time limits and established guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, sales of official checks & money orders, and other duties as assigned)
• Balance accurately and maintain cash limits of the drawer daily
• Greet all customers, learn their names, and meet their banking needs by introducing new products and services (credit cards, savings bonds, etc.)
• Build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
• Comply with regulatory requirements
• Manage risk and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent loss
• Resolve customer issues and provide relevant assistance
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Cash Handling Experience

Schedule:

• Part Time, 27 Hours per week: Monday / Thursday / Friday 8:15am - 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Customer service skills: courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
• Basic PC knowledge
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The employee will primarily work in an office environment with moderate noise levels. Physical requirements include sitting, repetitive hand motions, talking, hearing, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, and operating routine office equipment.
