Job summary

Centralbancompany in Hallsville, MO is seeking a Teller to provide accurate, friendly service to customers during daily transactions such as deposits, check cashing, money orders, and official checks.

You will identify customer needs, promote suitable services, participate in branch sales goals, and support Teller/ATM operations while following bank policies and Legendary Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to count U.S. currency.
• Must enjoy customer interactions, including actively looking for referral opportunities using a needs-based sales model.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

• Recognize and interpret customer needs and suggests appropriate bank services to assist in meeting its sales goals; actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement
