Greenville Federal Credit Union, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Teller to serve members with accuracy and care. The role focuses on transactions, member service, and cross-selling financial products in a friendly environment.

Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–2:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–3:00 pm, about 29 hours, with flexibility. Premium compensation is offered for bilingual candidates as the team expands into Berea.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level of a high school diploma or GED with strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to members and communicate benefits confidently.
• Up to one year of sales experience in retail or customer service, self-motivated and proactive.
• Maintain intermediate mathematical skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy.
• Perform balancing procedures and stay informed on credit union updates.

As a Teller at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will be essential in handling member transactions and requests with efficiency and professionalism. By cross-selling products and services tailored to our members' financial needs, you will have a direct impact on their financial well-being. A typical schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 2 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3pm, approximately 29 hours per week with flexibility.

Your daily tasks will include performing various routine transactions not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accurate balancing procedures, staying informed on credit union updates, and addressing member inquiries promptly. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can continuously learn and grow in the financial services industry.
