As a Teller, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers and set the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our tellers believe in trust, integrity, and building lasting relationships with customers across generations. They are empathetic problem-solvers who genuinely care about people and deliver the kind of banking experience that makes customers want to visit us and say hello.

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet performance standards
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions
• Handle change orders, wire transfers, bankcard advances, and negotiable instruments exchanges
• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention
• Utilize critical-thinking skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve positive outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm, with rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:15pm

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Cash handling experience
