Job Description

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on available financial options. Identifies banking opportunities and refers appropriately.
• Engages in meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and make referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Follows all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensures daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Pay & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $37,440 to $50,600, with variations based on location, skills, and experience. The role is incentive eligible.
