Job summary

Firefighters Community Credit Union in Cleveland is seeking a full-time Teller to join our Downtown location. You will handle daily transactions, engage with members, and help them meet their financial goals while delivering friendly service.

We value teamwork, punctuality, and accuracy. The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive community credit union.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess basic computer knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and type on a keyboard by touch.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with members and provide information about financial products and services.
• Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transferring funds from member accounts and generating money orders.
• Balance cash drawer.
• Recommend products and services that benefit the member.

Firefighters Community Credit Union is looking to hiring a full-time Teller to join our team! This position will be based in our Downtown Cleveland location.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Full Time
Location: 2300 St Clair Ave NE, Cleveland, OH 44114

• Working knowledge of regulations relating to the Credit Union.
• Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
