Job summary

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Veterans Integrated System Technology Architecture (VISTA) packages and related systems is required.
• Conducts business process modeling, data collection and workload management.
• Coordinate, plan, implement, and train staff on Vista packages, VEText, Audio-Care, Postcard and Leaf and Power App products.
• Provide assistance, training, and troubleshooting for staff in business processes and supporting software.
• Ensures accuracy of reports on workload and productivity for budget and quality assurance.
