• Lead conferencing to build Family Plans.
• Prepare reports, petitions, and testimony materials for hearings.
• Maintain accurate case records in required systems.
• Coordinate services and monitor family progress, provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Supervise children in placement and maintain family contact.
