Job summary

The Washington Military Department is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator 3 for Camp Murray, WA. This is a project position anticipated to last up to 24 months, with potential extension based on funding.

The role supports MILCON, capital and minor work projects, handling contract administration, scheduling, and cost forecasting. You'll work under the Design & Construction Branch Chief, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with contracting rules.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, business administration, facilities management, or related field.
• Three years of experience managing construction projects, construction code enforcement, building inspections, and/or oversight of construction/maintenance contracts.
• Additional experience may substitute for the educational requirement year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for MILCON, capital projects, and minor work projects.
• Ensure proposals and bids comply with Federal and State contracting rules and regulations.
• Coordinate project information and updates to keep stakeholders current.
