Responsibilities

• Performs inspection and surveillance of difficult and complex construction projects.
• Ensures contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications for various contracts.
• Provides technical consultation to the contracting office and engineering flight; recommends changes to plans/specifications due to field conditions or safety requirements.
• Inspects equipment and materials.
