Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal projects.
• Proficient in reading contract drawings and specifications.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and report on compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Monitor contractor's quality system and schedules.
• Deliver and review change orders and RFIs.
