The Office of Personnel Management, Healthcare and Insurance, Office of the Actuaries, is seeking an Actuary in Washington, DC, to perform actuarial analysis, support retirement, health, life insurance, and other benefit programs, and assist with valuations and premium activities.

Responsibilities include gathering data, preparing calculations, researching actuarial issues, and documenting methods and results for Federal employee and annuitant programs. Telework eligibility is noted.

• Basic education requirement listed under Qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with actuarial valuations of retirement, health, life insurance, and/or other benefit programs.
• Gather, compile, and analyze program experience, demographic, and other data used in actuarial analyses.
• Prepare data and calculations used to determine actuarial liabilities for Federal employee and annuitant benefit programs.
• Prepare documentation summarizing methods, computations, processes, and results of actuarial assignments.
