Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a remote Provider Support specialist to ensure clinical providers can focus on patient care by triaging and preparing encounter documentation for acute Tele Triage visits.

You will perform medication reconciliation, enter lab and imaging results, and relay timely updates to PCPs and facilities, while supporting patients and families with clear communication. This role requires accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Tele Mediq systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater.
• Medical Scribing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check all forms of communications several times daily to ensure patient needs are met; primarily TeleMediq.
• Inform patient and family of recent visits and defer to provider when needed.
• Communicate transitions of care to Tele Triage team to enhance patient care and education.
• Provider Support: ensure clinicians can focus on triage and patient care.
• Prepare clinical documentation for the provider as requested.
• Complete basic opening of encounter note for acute Tele Triage visits.
• Perform medication reconciliation on patients seen for acute Tele Triage visits.
• Enter lab and imaging results into patient’s chart.
• Document triage notes and time for CCM services.
• Send updates to PCPs for triaged patients.
• Make calls to facilities to gather information for the provider.
