Job summary

Synapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC is seeking a Teletherapy Facilitator to support students during school-based teletherapy sessions. You will assist students with logging in to sessions, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain focus so therapists can deliver treatment.

The role requires reliable transportation, strong organizational and communication skills, and availability across the full school day. Prior school-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Pass background check clearance.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit and stand during the shift.
• Provide own transportation.
• Experience in school settings preferred.

• Assist students in logging into virtual therapy sessions as scheduled by the treating therapist, and troubleshoot technical difficulties.
• Monitor therapy session environment to ensure students are set up for successful sessions and engaged.
• Collaborate closely with SLPs and SLP-As to reschedule sessions as needed.

Job description

• The Teletherapy Facilitator is a partner to the student receiving therapy and the Speech-Language Pathologist providing therapy. The Facilitator must be available during the entire school day, and willing to drive between school locations during the work day.
• A successful candidate will understand the importance of regular attendance, organization skills and good communication.
