Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year in customer service or sales.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and genuine care.
• Comfort with PC and phone technologies and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers.
• Educate customers about Physicians Mutual insurance options.
• Collaborate with Licensed Telesales Agents to support customers.
• Assist campaigns and follow up with warm leads without pressure.
