Job summary

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Location is 601 Galvin Road S, Bellevue, NE. Starting pay is $20.81/hour plus incentives; a $500 hiring bonus is offered after 90 days. Training begins Sept 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year in customer service or sales.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Communicate naturally, listen actively, and care about helping others.
• Comfortable with PC and phone technologies; thrive in a team.
• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and empathy; no insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers by phone (inbound and outbound).
• Educate and guide customers through insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Licensed Telesales Agents to ensure care for customers.
• Support marketing campaigns and follow up with warm leads.
• Use tools like ACD, Predictive Dialer, IHP to improve efficiency.
• Build lasting relationships and be a trusted voice for customers.
