Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $21.00/hr

OpTech is looking for Telesales Engagement Health Insurance Agents for their Direct Client.

  • Active Florida state health 2-15 or 2-40 Health license required,
  • OR Non-Resident 8-15 or 8-40

100% Remote – Work From Home Role in EST Time Zone

Bilingual (Spanish, Creole) agents preferred

Dates: July /August - January (40 hours/week)

Paid orientation.

Pay rate: $21-23/hour; Monthly Bonus Eligible

Hours may include evenings, holidays, and rotational weekend coverage

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Operations:
  2. Provide consultative sales and service experience for customers seeking information and education on available products to support health, wellness, and income protection.
  3. Use web-based tools and sales systems to analyze prospective customer needs and match to appropriate company products and services.
  4. Conduct plan comparison and analysis for new or existing members seeking new solutions.
  5. Present and explain recommended products, benefits, features, and alternatives.
  6. Ensure new customers receive orientations/information regarding self-service and shopping tools, incentives, and value-added features and information.
  7. Promote additional services available to members through the center clinicians and service consultants.
  8. Cross-sell multiple product sets to deliver additional value to members and the enterprise.
  9. Utilize face-to-face, telephonic, and electronic methods to respond to customer requests for information, quotes, and/or to process sales.
  10. Consistently meet/exceed production targets, effectiveness measurements, and customer satisfaction scores.
  11. Generate and act upon leads for new sales and member retention.
  12. Perform outbound calls and lead management tactics to previous or prospective customers to drive sales.
  13. Perform outbound call campaigns to company-generated sales leads.
  14. Generate referrals from existing clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  15. Identify and contact at-risk customers; develop retention strategies.
  16. Set appointments for sales and member retention visits.
  17. Maintain ongoing relationships with previous customers to drive retention and loyalty.
  18. Follow SOPs to track, record, and report outcomes of work efforts.
  19. Facilitate enrollment or education meetings with prospective or existing customers.
  20. Gain understanding of targeted groups’ products, services, and features.
  21. Conduct sessions, individually or in small groups, providing information and answering questions.
  22. Track and report enrollment support activities and outcomes.
Center Operations:
  1. Support special events and projects for the public in the Retail Center.
  2. Ensure customers are greeted warmly, needs assessed quickly, and referred appropriately.
  3. Track visitor information for operational analysis and improvements.
  4. Provide informational tours explaining the retail center’s value.
  5. Support a team atmosphere aligned with company values and mission.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and web tools.
  • Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with health insurance products (individual and group plans).
  • Experience in outside sales/business development.
  • Experience in networking, public speaking, and relationship management.
Required Education:

High school diploma or GED.
