Job summary

Blossom Health is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist for telehealth services. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and psychopharmacology management. A valid MD/DO license and DEA number are required, with telehealth-ready setup and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Valid state medical license to practice as an MD or DO.
• Valid DEA number (and CDS number where required).
• Liability insurance.
• Home office or other telehealth-ready workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Provide medical management, mental health counseling, and therapy sessions.
• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA & insurance regulations.
• Offer telehealth services as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
