Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeking contract PMHNPs or PA-Cs to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care via live video intakes and follow-up visits. You will assess, diagnose, and manage medications, while coordinating with therapists and care managers to ensure integrated, culturally responsive care.

Office space in Scranton supports in-person options for selected patients. We welcome clinicians with 2+ years of practice, unrestricted licenses, and a DEA license;

Qualifications

• Graduate from a PMHNP program (CCNE) or ARC-PA certified PA with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred; additional minors certification is a plus.
• Must have office space to see clients in Scranton, PA; US resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and monitor patient safety and outcomes.
