We're seeking a dedicated Worker's Compensation Case Manager to join our remote team, where you'll leverage your clinical expertise to guide individuals through their recovery journey and facilitate their return to work. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, achievement of maximum medical recovery and return to an optimal level of work and functioning. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $73,000 - $86,000 annually and includes eligibility to participate in a performance based bonus program. Your compensation will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
