Job summary

UCF Clinical LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our triage team in Florida. The role handles a high volume of patient calls, prioritizes triage needs, and escalates to physicians or managers as required.

The ideal candidate will listen actively, document accurately, and work within the licensed scope of practice. Minimum qualifications include a Florida LPN or RN license and 3–5 years of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LPN or RN license.
• Three to five years of experience as an LPN or RN in a healthcare setting.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and triage situations.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to gather information and assign triage priority.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members about patients' statuses.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful relationship with all patients and coworkers.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in emergency medicine and urgent care best practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN (Registered Nurse) to join our healthcare team. You will be part of our triage team. This position will be responsible for a high volume of calls daily and responds in a timely manner. Position must actively listen to patients, patient concerns, questions, document accurately and appropriately. Able to appropriately prioritize calls and identify which calls need to escape to physicians or manager immediately. Understands and acts within scope of practice of which one is license.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1. Valid State of Florida LPN or RN license.
• 2. Three to five years of experience as an LPN or RN in a healthcare setting.
