Position Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is hiring telephone sales agents in Dallas, TX to support outbound projects. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and promote products/services
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Research and coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues
• Complete account management tasks using systems and technology
• Document and process customer orders accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures; maintain confidentiality
• Escalate issues as needed; participate in training and meetings

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM; basic Microsoft Office knowledge
